We are located in the historic Marion Building in downtown Seattle, at the Southern end of the business district. The Marion Building is on the corner of Second Avenue & Marion Street. Enter the building from Second Avenue, through the entryway that is just to the left of the Nicoll Black & Feig sign affixed to the building. You may take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor.

There are a number of parking garages in the area surrounding the Marion Building. The nearest garage is directly behind (i.e. east of) the Marion Building. Access the garage from Columbia Street (located south of the Marion building) and follow the alleyway that is directly behind the Marion Building. Limited metered parking is available on Second Avenue.

From the downtown exits (Union or Seneca), travel west to Third Avenue. Turn left on Third Avenue. Follow Third Avenue to Columbia Street and turn right. Halfway down the first block, turn right into the alleyway between Second and Third Avenue. Follow the alleyway to near the end of the block. You will see the Cascade Parking lot on the right.
