Narrative
Hilary was hired by Nicoll Black & Feig in November
2007. She has twenty years of experience as a legal
assistant. Her experience includes work in insurance
coverage, environmental, insurance defense, construction
defect litigation, and subrogation.
Hilary focuses primarily on supporting attorneys working
on insurance coverage issues. She has extensive
litigation experience in both state and federal courts
and has prepared multiple cases for trial.
While at Cozen O’Connor, Hilary co-chaired the Food
Lifeline Food Frenzy food drive, and headed up the Cozen
O’Connor team for the Nordstrom Beat the Bridge to
benefit Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. When she
is not in the office, Hilary enjoys spending time with
her young daughter and husband.
