Personal Narrative
Mary Louise has been with Nicoll Black & Feig since
December 2007, but has worked with many of the attorneys at
Nicoll Black & Feig while previously employed with other
Seattle law firms. She earned her Associate of Technical
Arts Paralegal degree from Edmonds Community College in June
of 1993. She has over sixteen years of experience as a
paralegal. Her experience has focused primarily on complex
litigation involving insurance coverage, construction
defect, environmental and property damage matters.
Mary Louise has extensive litigation experience in
Washington, Oregon, and Montana Superior, Appellate, and
Supreme Courts; Washington and Oregon District and Ninth
Circuit Courts; and has prepared multiple cases for trial.
She was an integral part of the trial team that had an
outstanding verdict result for their client in the St. Paul
Fire & Marine Ins. Co. v. Hebert Construction, et al.,
U.S.D.C., Western District of Washington, Cause No.
C05-00388 TSZ.
