Carly was hired by Nicoll Black & Feig in March
2008. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in
Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences, with a specialty in
Community Psychology, from the University of Washington
in March 2008. Carly also earned an Associate of
Technical Arts Paralegal degree from Edmonds Community
College in August 2002 and has over six years of
experience as a paralegal. Her experience includes work
in insurance coverage, environmental, personal injury,
insurance defense, construction defect litigation, and
criminal law.
Carly focuses primarily on supporting attorneys working
on maritime litigation, specifically personal injury
defense, commercial disputes, cargo damage, and marine
insurance coverage. She has extensive litigation
experience in both state and federal courts and has
prepared multiple cases for trial, while participating
in daily court proceedings during two trials in King
County Superior Court.
When she is not in the office, Carly enjoys volunteering
with the United Way and has had the opportunity to
volunteer her time through other organizations while
working on her B.A. from the University of Washington.
